Tamil Legal Advocacy Project (TLAP) is an independent non-profit, charitable organisation established in United Kindom to protect and promote justice, equality and human rights for Tamil Community of Sri Lanka. TLAP believes empowering the community is an important ingredient to meet their challenges and TLAP will work with all local and international organisations to empower the Tamil Community through internationally accepted norms. TLAP will also explore legal and other mechanisms at the local and international levels to bring awareness of the grivences, explore and facilitate legal and other options to promote and protect human rights.
