a. Human Rights Monitoring:

Set up channels within and outside Sri Lanka to monitor and document inequality, injustice and human rights abuses against Tamils working closely with local and international groups. Organize fact-finding missions with reliable team where necessary to collect, verify and document the human rights abuses.

b. Litigation and Advocacy:

Explore and facilitate all legal avenues available within Sri Lanka and in the International arena and challenge in the courts to protect and promote human rights violations against Tamils.

c. Promote Public Awareness:

Create awareness of inequality, injustice and human rights situation of Tamils living in Sri Lanka to British People, and International Community with reliable and justifiable information

d. Promote Media Awareness:

Provide regular reliable information and brief on situation and the sufferings of Tamils living in Sri Lanka to British, and International media countering the media ban and news censor imposed by Sri Lankan Government

e. Information Sources and Research:

Collect and organize the reliable historical and other information sources related to the vision and the mission so that general public and media can be access to those. Encourage publication of inequality, injustice and human rights abuses in International avenues so that other communities can learn lessons from our experience.

f. Networking and Relationship Building

Provide a forum to interact and network within Tamil community and also with international community. Organise conferences, workshops and seminars in different topics of interest and promote awareness, networking, and relationship building.

g. Training and Education:

Promote human rights values and awareness to all through trainings and education.

h. Promote Capability Building

Promote capabilities in every related areas as our vision to empower the community to meet and excel in every area and contribute to a better world.
